Responsibilities
Coordination and supervision of construction projects implemented abroad
Technical project execution and up-to-date technical documentation
Coordination and control of contractual performance, with particular regard to technical scope, cost efficiency, deadlines, quality, and subcontractor requirements
Preparation of project schedules and enforcement of compliance with agreed timelines
Liaison with the client and local subcontractors
Participation in coordination meetings and preparation of progress reports
Requirements
Relevant higher education degree, preferably in architecture or civil engineering
Site management experience gained in construction execution
Responsible Technical Manager qualification / licence
Good command of English, both spoken and written
Category B driving licence
Strong communication and organisational skills, reliability
Advantageous
Professional / technical English language skills
Knowledge of design software
Experience in water technology or utility infrastructure construction
