Central heating and sanitary hot water production from the district heating supply, in order to reduce harmful local emissions.

Ventilation system regulated in terms of CO2 concentration, supplying the air quantity in line with the needs of offices. The building is being constructed with BREEAM certification, for which we participated in mechanical engineering tasks.
